New, clean, and lots of seating. The place is big and I think it's great for drive thru. Decent amount of parking and the inside feels both spacious and cozy. They have designated areas/tables for those with disabilities, but didnt seem like there were many charging stations (maybe not the best starbucks in Annapolis for working on a laptop as a result). The staff was busy handling orders for the drive-thru when I walked in. They were friendly, helpful, and informative once they attended to me. I ordered a grande Sugar Cookie Almond latte which took a moment for them to prepare but it was fine since I wasn't in a rush. It tasted like it is supposed to, and there's no drop in quality or service despite the fact that they're a new location and are likely training up new baristas. It was a perfect stop to make on a winter day for a bit of warmth.
